Commercial pool service in Johns Creek, Georgia
Johns Creek's planned communities often have two or three bodies of water each, and a swim-league schedule that does not move. We run them as a set, not one pool at a time.

Pools in Johns Creek
Johns Creek became a city in 2006, but its neighborhoods were built in the twenty years before that, along Medlock Bridge, State Bridge, and Abbotts Bridge roads. They are large, planned communities, and their amenity centers reflect that: a main pool with lanes, a separate kiddie pool or splash pad, sometimes a spa, a clubhouse, and a tennis center. Each body of water is its own pool under Georgia code, inspected and treated separately.
That is why we treat a Johns Creek amenity center as a system. The main pool gets PoolCop automation and continuous pH and ORP control. The kiddie pool gets its own SpinTouch test on every visit, because it is the smallest volume with the heaviest use by the youngest swimmers, and it is where a sanitizer lapse turns into an incident. The spa gets tested separately and drained on a schedule set by use. All of it shows up as one property in PoolSense Intelligence, with a health score for each body of water.
Swim-league season
Johns Creek communities field some of the largest summer swim teams on the north side. The pool has to be right at 6 am for practice from early June through July, and a home meet fills the deck. We open the season with the water balanced and the filter serviced, step the visit cadence up for the competition weeks, and watch the overnight chemistry so a swing before a morning practice is corrected before the swimmers arrive.
Inspections in Fulton County
The Fulton County Board of Health inspects Johns Creek pools under Chapter 511-3-5: at least once a season for seasonal pools and twice a year for year-round pools, with each body of water inspected on its own. Three bodies of water means three sets of records, three log books, and three chances for a finding. Ours are kept automatically.
