Competition lanes, a spa, a kiddie pool, a swim team with a schedule, and members who know what clear water is supposed to look like. We run club pools to the standard the membership expects and the code requires.

Several bodies of water, one standard

A club pool complex is rarely one pool. It is a main pool with lanes, a kiddie pool or splash pad, and often a spa, each its own body of water under Georgia code with its own testing, treatment, and inspection. The kiddie pool in particular is a compliance risk: small volume, heavy use by the age group most likely to have an accident in the water, and the strictest sanitizer expectations.

Every body gets its own SpinTouch test on every visit and its own record. The main pool gets PoolCop automation. Where it makes sense, the kiddie pool and spa get it too.

Swim team season

Club swim teams practice early, compete on weekends, and host meets that bring hundreds of swimmers and spectators. The pool has to be right at 6 am and stay right through a Saturday meet. We plan the season around the team calendar: opening day balanced and clean, stabilizer and calcium set for the summer, filter serviced before the load hits, and the visit cadence stepped up for the competition weeks.

Member-grade water

Clear is not the standard. Clear and balanced is. A pool can be crystal clear at a pH of 8.0 and be slowly scaling the heater and etching the plaster. We hold the water to the saturation index, not just the chlorine reading, and we log it so the greens committee can see it if they want to.

What the GM and the committee see

Visit records with photos. Written quotes approved online. A log book at the pool for the inspector. A dashboard with a health score for each body of water. And a capital-planning view of the equipment so replacements can be budgeted in the off-season, not discovered in June.

What a visit looks like

  1. Arrive before the morning practice on team days, or on schedule otherwise, and pull up the live readings for every body of water.
  2. Deck walk across all bodies: drain covers, starting blocks, lane ropes, ladders, rails, life rings, signage, and the log book.
  3. Skim, brush, vacuum the main pool; clean the kiddie pool and spa; empty every basket.
  4. Filter pressure check and backwash on pressure; pump, heater, and feed-system inspection.
  5. SpinTouch test on each body of water separately. Adjust from the readings and log chemicals per body.
  6. Refill feed, photograph water and equipment, record the visit, and flag anything for the GM or committee.

Questions boards and managers ask us

Can you support our swim team schedule?
Yes. We plan the season around the team calendar and step up the visit cadence for practice and meet weeks. The main pool is monitored in real time, so a chemistry swing overnight before a meet is caught before the swimmers arrive.
Do you service the kiddie pool and spa too?
Yes, as separate bodies of water with their own tests and records. Each is inspected separately under Georgia code.
What testing do you use?
A LaMotte SpinTouch photometer on every visit for every body of water, plus continuous pH and ORP from the controller on the main pool.
How do you handle the off-season?
Seasonal clubs get a proper closing and a spring opening timed to the team calendar. Year-round clubs keep the pool circulating and balanced through winter. The math on each.
Can you help us budget equipment replacement?
Yes. Every piece of equipment is in a registry with its history, and the pressure and runtime trends show which components are approaching the end of their life. We give the committee a list in the fall.
What is billed separately?
Repairs, replacement equipment, and extraordinary cleanup are quoted and approved before work begins. Routine service, testing, chemicals, monitoring, and reporting are in the contract.
