Commercial pool service in Dallas, Georgia

Dallas and Paulding County are the far west edge of our territory. The drive is longer, which is exactly why real-time monitoring matters more there.

Pools in Dallas

Dallas is the Paulding County seat, and Paulding has been one of the fastest-growing counties west of Atlanta for two decades. Subdivisions along Highway 92, Highway 278, and Dallas-Acworth Highway were built with amenity centers, and some of the largest master-planned communities in the county have multiple pools, a slide, and a lazy river. Those are big bodies of water with big bather loads and a swim-team culture that rivals the north side.

Dallas is over an hour from our Cumming office. We do not pretend otherwise. What makes it work is the monitoring: the controller holds chemistry between visits, the dashboard shows every pool's state in real time, and the attention board tells us which Paulding pool actually needs a technician today rather than sending someone on a guess. A property in Dallas gets the same fixed visit cadence as one in Cumming and the same same-day response when the data calls for it.

West-side particulars

Some Paulding properties are on well water, and the fill-water chemistry runs harder and higher in metals than county water. We test the fill water once and set the pool's balance to account for it; a pool filled from a well that is balanced like a city-water pool will stain. Storms come through Paulding hard in summer, and a pool that takes an inch of rain in an hour overflows, dilutes, and needs rebalancing. The rain shows up in our weather data, and the rebalance is on the next visit's plan before the technician leaves the office.

Inspections in Paulding County

Dallas pools are inspected by Paulding County Environmental Health under Georgia DPH Chapter 511-3-5, at least once a season for seasonal pools and twice a year for year-round pools. Paulding's rule sheet is in our platform. The log book at the pool prints from our records and is current when the inspector arrives.
