About
A pool company that runs on data.
Pool Sense is a commercial-only pool service company based in Cumming, Georgia. We built our own software because the tools we wanted did not exist.

Why we started it
Commercial pools fail in slow motion. A sanitizer that drifts for three days, a filter pressure that climbs a little each week, a pH that sits at 8.0 because nobody is there to notice. By the time the water is cloudy or the pump is dead, the decision that caused it was made a week ago.
We started Pool Sense to work upstream of that. Every account gets PoolCop automation. Every reading is kept. Our own software, PoolSense Intelligence, scores each pool, ranks what needs attention, and tells the technician what to do before the truck leaves the lot. The visible work, the skimming and brushing, is done on a fixed schedule and to a standard. The invisible work is done all the time.
Who runs it
Hunter Darke is co-owner of Pool Sense and runs the day-to-day: the routes, the chemistry, the technicians, and the software that ties them together. He built PoolSense Intelligence alongside the service, which is why the platform answers the questions a technician standing on a pool deck actually asks.
Pool Sense was founded by his father, James Darke, and is still a family-run company.
The team
Technicians are CPO-certified, trained on the same platform the office uses, and assigned to the same pools whenever possible so they learn each one.
Service standards
What every account gets, in writing
Real-time monitoring
PoolCop automation on every pool. Chemistry and equipment read continuously and held to setpoint. No exceptions for small pools.
Lab-grade testing
A LaMotte SpinTouch photometer reading on every visit. Never a strip. Results logged and used to grade the controller's probes.
Code compliance
Chemistry held to Georgia DPH 511-3-5 and county rules. Daily records kept automatically. Log book at the pool, current.
Fixed cadence
Visits on a schedule you can see. GPS-checked at the gate, photographed, and logged with what was tested and what was added.
Written quotes
Repairs and replacements quoted in writing with the finding and the price, approved online, and photographed when done.
Transparent reporting
A guest page residents can open, a scannable log book for inspectors, and a visit history the board can read.
